the room was clean and easily accessible with accommodating staff. the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained with sufficient amenities like fresh towels and toiletries. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from my window that added to my travel experience. the parking was quite convenient and hassle-free.

The air conditioning vent in my room was not functioning properly and needed maintenance. Despite this minor issue, my overall experience was quite pleasant and homely with wonderful service and hospitality from the staff.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. the location was perfect, with plenty of nearby shops and easy accessibility. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

The noise level was quite high in the room, as the windows were not soundproof. the bathroom needed some repair work and was missing some basic amenities, such as cups and a hairdryer.

Great building, private underground parking, kind staff, especially Hind, supportive and welcoming.

Misleading exterior and noisy rooms. Despite the impressive exterior, the interior of the hotel was underwhelming and in need of improvement.

The hotel's location is convenient with nearby shops in walking distance. The staff, especially the receptionist named Hind, were very accommodating and made me feel at home. Cleanliness was up to par and parking in the private/shaded underground area was a plus.
